This Toronado came out of a garage in the suburbs. It fires up and runs and drive. It looks like a bit of a time capsule which is great. The body was originally Provincial White and was resprayed some years ago. The new paint looks like hell up close but from 10 feet shes almost a looker. The body is pretty damn solid all around. See all the pictures caefully. As you can see the rockers are nice and solid. The underside looks nice. Couple small hole on low spots of floorpands. The rails and mounting positions all appear solid. The car doesnt appear to have been clipped or wrecked at any point. The front bumper looks like it might be slightly off center. The bumpers are in nice shape. As you can see we have lots of extra trim for the car (pictures). We left it off so you could see the complete body. Everything in the pictures comes with the car. The windshield trim is included (we pulled off the glass). This is a perfect complete restoration candidate. Normally we would restore a car like this but we are currently finishing a Toro GT and I dont need another project. The interior is pretty complete and original. The radio works. the seat power adjustments works. 2 windows work off the switch. All glass is present and good. The speedometer works! Wipers work and so does the power anttenae. The seats have some tears as you can see. The interior smells fine. I believe this to be the original 425 that came in the car. As I mentioned it fires right up and drives. The exhaust is rusted at the headers so it's noisy right now. While we were first running it we noticed the water pump let loose in front of us. I can only assume that having the car sitting for long didnt fare well for the pump. It did build good pressure and move coolant before the pump went. fortunately. we were standing in front of it so we shut it down right away. We only fire it up to move it so it has not been overheated. We put new plugs in it and cleaned the points in the distributor and it idles just fine. I believe it has the original carb. It runs off the fuel we put in the tank so as far as we can tell the fuel tank is still in good shape. The trans seems to work just fine. We pulled ip up on our trialer when we picked it up.
