68 Oldsmobile Cutlass F85

I am listing this 1968 Cutlass F85 for a friend who lost his battle with cancer last year. He acquired it from his grandparents who purchased it new in 68. He had begun the process of disassembly with the intention of making it into a race car. I have bolted the nose back on loosely and the engine and trans is in its place but not connected. It is in no way drivablethe vehicle is not running. Everything shown in the pictures is included in the auction and there are other boxes of loose parts that the winning bidder/buyer will have first dibs on.I believe the engine is the original rocket 350 2 barrel with apower glide transmission, however I have not been able to find a vin on the block to verify. So if you are looking for absolute proof of numbers match on the drivetrain then this car may not be for you. The body is in amazing condition with original paint. The pictures show how solid the frame floors rockers are. Rear quarters around the wheel wells and lower are crusty along with the bottoms of the fenders. Overall a very solid car to build or adonor for something else.Sold with a bill of sale and last NH registration in my friends name. We also have the original window sticker and sale documents.
