I bought this black-plate California Cutlass because of how cool it looks. The TH350 worked in drive but would not engage reverse at the time, and I was able to drive it around some, but the trans has since leaked out it's fluid. I bought the '84 Olds with the intention of swapping the motor and trans, but health issues prevent me from doing this work myself. The '64 rolls on Rockwell alloy wheels, drinks from a Holley 4-barrel and cools by a big, 3-core aluminum radiator. The trunk is filled with restore parts including a vintage, twin-snorkel air cleaner. The body is very good with straight panel alignments and nice chrome. The '84 was in process of being repainted when I got it. The body is near flawless. The previous owner was preping the car as a studio rental. I have driven this car too; the engine is smooth and quiet and the trans shifts well through all four gears. I strongly recommend you come and look prior to bidding. You will need to trailer both cars. Thanks for looking.
