Up for auction is a real nice original 65 cutlass 2 door post coupe that has been my personal Sunday cruiser for about 5 years. The car is a all original paint car that was originally bought and owned by the sheriff of phoenix arizona for 22 years and then bought from the estate by a classic car dealer and has been in various collections ever since. The car comes with a stack of documents to back up the low 48,453 actual miles. included are the protector-plate and original window sticker. The car listed at 3,666.98, which was a pricey car in 1965. The car is painted laurel mist light green with a white painted top. The car is equipped with atv,P.S, deluxe interior, tint windows, door edge quards, remote mirriors, deluxe radio with rear speakers and various other convenience options. If you are familiar with 65's you know how hard the pot metal trim is to find in good shape. This car has the nicest trim i have ever seen on a 65. and it is all original to this car. The car is rock solid, the paint is showing some wear and fading from its age which i think looks nice, no cracks in the steering wheel or anywhere else. The carpet is showing some wear and the front seat has a split in the fabric, door panels, and headliner are excellent. The original spare has never been down. I have the original full hub caps and rims. The car has new shocks in the rear with 442 boxed control arms and sway bar. I installed 15x17 chrome reversed rims with radial tires. The a/c worked when i got the car, but slowly stopped working, everything is still hooked up. The car has a small puncture hole in the bottom corner of the passenger door i don't know what it is from and it has never changed. The car has been up- dated to a later model edelbrock 4-barrel with electric choke that works great, and a new dual exhaust system with flow master mufflers. The car runs and drives great no issues. I have driven it about 3,000 miles since i have owned it. any further questions, feel free to ask good luck bidding.
