Car description

Up for auction is the nicest lowest mileage survivor car I have ever seen, let alone owned.
I bought this car about 2 years ago with 7,765 actual miles on it. It should be in a museum but I just had to drive it some. It is like a time machine. Takes you right back to the 60's.
They say that the story with the car is half the deal. This car has a good one.
The original owner was from Frankenmuth, MI. She graduated with the owner of the Oldsmobile dealership. She lived right out of town and usually rode a bicycle, but felt she needed a car in the case of an emergency. She told the owner she would buy a car from him, but when she was done with it he had to buy it back. Fast forward to 2004 and she shows up at the dealership wanting her money back.
The new owner of the dealership says he doesn't have to honor a deal made by the previous owner decades before when one of the salesman comes in and says you had better take a look at the car she drove in. Long story short he got the car back for the original purchase price.
They showed the car at some local shows for a few years and then put it under wraps in the warehouse. The guy I bought it from heard about it and bought it and kept it till his health started failing and needed to thin down the herd. Strange! but the absolute truth.
The car is in pretty much new condition. It has the 330 V-8 2-speed Jet-a-way trans, PS, PB, Deluxe steering wheel, push button radio, and that is about it. The car is a really nice dark Tahoe Turquoise color with a two-tone turquoise interior. The rubber floor mat is in perfect condition.

I put SSI rally wheels on the car with radial tires and dual exhaust for a nice sound. The only draw backs to the car are a small dent in the passenger rear quarter panel (see pictures) and two small holes drilled above the F-85 emblem on the dash where she had a GM compass mounted.

Well how is that for being long winded. At any rate the pictures should tell it all, if not email any questions you might have.
I have owned many Oldsmobiles in my day and be rest assured this car is very nice. Good luck bidding.
