SERIOUS ONLY PLEASE, SERIOUS ONLY PLEAS, SERIOUS ONLY PLEASE!!!!!!!!
Clean, clear title. No leans, no loans, no damage. No theft history too! Leg work has been done for the next owner.
I have been offered $35k in the past and just recently.
Had a $40k offer earlier this year, but I was not interested in selling at the time.
The only reason for selling is to put it back in the circle and buy another classic car.
If it goes unsold I will just keep it and drive it next year while it continues to go up in value.
PRO DETAILED IN AND OUT!!! Hasn't been driven since the detail.
I ASK that youenquire with all questions and view my car before you waste our time. If it is the wrong color, model, year, etc., there are others out there to tickle your fancy for a lesser price. Sorry not being a scrooge, just trying to save us both the BS of manipulating the price below a fair value!! I will giveall the time you need to discussbutplease, have your loan check or CASH ready!!!! If you are just looking, well thanks for clicking here!!!
Ihave bought and sold some of my personal cars as well as other personal collectibles on eBay for almost 14 years so I know how toprovide professional service to you. My last personal car the great Grand National, I have sold for $50,000 to one happy eBay buyer! Yes, that was me. So with that being said....
I present to you my 4-4-2.
1971 - 442 Last year of these classics as a 442 as its own model (344 V.I.N.)
Real 442, but a W-30 clone with real W-30 GM parts
455 Big Block Olds OAI/ram air
W25 (OEM) GM fiberglass hood - About $6,000 for raw part if you can find it
W35 (OEM) GM Cessna fiberglass spoiler, based on the airplane - About $4,000 for raw part if you can find it. Some real W-30's do not even have it!
(I ran into a large namebody shop owner at the gas station and he was impressed with the paint/fiberglass work!) The fiberglass bodywork looks perfect.
22.5 mil thick (+/- 2.5 mil throughout) paint thickness. Good for about 5-6 layers of paint!
Looks like it has just been wet sanded and buffed, but it is just buffed and polished. No abrasives were ever used.
NO dents or door dings. Paint is amazing. Paint is amazing! NO webbing!
Real W30 badging, stripes, spoiler, red inner fender wells
TH 400His/Hers Hurst dual gate shifter
4 BBL carberator
Dual stainless steel exhaust
Tic Toc Tach, reads(4:42) all the time
Matador Red/ Black painteasilya 9, NEAR perfect, like glass and smoother than a babys A$$, no webbing in the paint at all
Black interior - like new
power steering, brakes
disc/drum brakes
all accessories work
hood and doors open and close nice
gauges work well
all lights work, highs beams dim for some reason, lows fine, turn signals fine
steering, brakes and emergency brake work freely
runs clean and smooth, doesn't burn or smoke at all
I always run 93 premium and change the Mobil 1 oil/filter every spring
can drive anywhere
-no accidents
-unmolested engine
-brakes and tires at 85% life, rear tires 50%
-has original mint jack-complete
-console door loose
-I have passenger visor, but is not on car
-aluminum racing rims AND
-also have a set of 4 the factory original red Rally rimsand trim rings too
-both sets go with the car
-always garaged and covered
-only driven on clear days
-heated winter storage
-leather smells new
-PAINT HAS THEWET LOOK
-Trumpet exhaust
-true dual exhaust, manifold to exhaust tip
-new battery
-white engine displacement sticker on radiator coveris actually new and legible, just blurred in picture
-thumb size peel on rear chrome bumper, otherwise perfect- NO pits or rust to chrome!!!!
-there is no modern muscle that this sound can compare to!! deep, throaty and mean
-will trade for 87 GN, must must be clean original and very low miles!
-a few GM parts go with the car, not shown, these including the spare jack and others are stored in my house.
-probably missed something but you get what you see
-I suggest that serious buyers view in person pre-purchase. Once an offer is made a legal contract is valid. I do no accept excuses and it has worked out every time I sell one of my personal cars on eBay that I CARE FOR AND OWN, not flip!
-always under 'watchful eyes' and under lock and key.
-this car has been in Western New York for most of its life with caring owners like myself.
I bought from the last owner, I didn't even have to dust it!! Honest!
Out of all the classics I have, this is the one the ladies go after, it has eyes! Maybe because its sexy, mean and all around classy. Looks like itsgoing fastwhile its standing still.
NADA book value $53,700- value has been steadily creeping up; value does not include fiberglass spoiler or fiberglass hood in book value.
HAGERTY book value
#1 condition $57,000
#2 condition $38,000
You can view in person at anytime. I have a flexible schedule to accommodate a potential new owner!! Serious buyers, WE can go for a ride on any dry day. You can 'view' it any day, rain or shine.
To be listed only once...and then I put her away at the end of the month until next year.
They keep going up, up, up. Now is the time to buy before they go up some more.
I will be happy to help assist in scheduling a pickup if needed.
Enclosed carriers usually range from $1,000-$1800.
Open carriers usually range from $50-$1,200.
Very nice example with a realistic asking price.
Some clone 442's are selling in the 30's!! Some of the finer examples, not all. Mine is a real one with a 344 VIN.
THANK-YOU FOR LOOKING and good hibernating until next year!
