1968 Oldsmobile ninety eight convertible

I have a 1968 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight ( Baby Blue with white interior ) Convertible that my Mother has owned since 1985 and has been in her garage since 1995. The car runs great and drives or should I say Glides over the road Beautifully.the Headlight, taillights and Brake lights all work and even the parking lights wor, But the turn signals do not work and the heater core is out
