Car description

1970 Olds 442 W30Broadcast Card DocumentedBlack on Black 4-SpeedThis is a real documented Black on Black 1970 Olds 442 W30 4-speed Holiday Coupe. At some point in the past the car was repainted Rally Red, ut you can still see original Black paint in a number of places on the car. The original factory configuration of this W30 is code 19 Black body and roof paint with white W30 stripes over a black bucket seat with console interior...this is also a factory spoiler car. The car needs acompleterestoration. The exterior body panels are rough, ut the trunk and floors are in surprisingly good condition. The frame is in excellent condition. The original TO W30 rearend is still in the car and I have verified that the 3.90 gear set is still intact. There is a 1970 455 block and a 4-speed transmission in the car but they are not the originals. As you can obviously see from the engine bay pictures, here are parts missing. The car is being sold as it is shown, othing more and nothing less than what you see in the pictures. However,I have LOTS of 1970 442 parts, ncluding most of the W30 parts needed for the restoration (see a partial list of what I have below). The buyer of the car will have first chance at whatever extra parts he wants. After the sale of this W30 is done, will be selling off most of the rest parts that I have collected over the years:
  • Olds engines: two bare 455 blocks, hree complete 455 engines, ne Olds 350 engine
  • F heads,E heads, heads
  • W30 aluminum intakes
  • 1111977 W30 4-speed distributors
  • OG automatic transmission out of a 1970 442
  • Two 1970 Muncie M21 4-speed transmissions
  • Hurst 4-speed shifter, reshly rebuilt
  • OAI Ram Air Hoods
  • OAI Ram Air air cleaner assemblies
  • Sport Steering Wheels
  • Nice front and rear bumpers
  • Two sets of bucket seats
  • Two very nice consoles (one automatic and one 4-speed)
  • Nice used original dog dish hub cap sets
  • Number of used 1970 only flat lip fenders
  • NOS pair of 1970 fenders
  • NOS set rocker panels
  • NOS rear spoiler
  • NOS wheel opening trim
  • NOS set of dog dish hub caps
  • XT wheels
And lots lots more!As stated above though, he buyer of this 1970 W30 gets first shot at making a deal on as much of this stuff as he wants. You Olds guys know what this car is...this is the one everyone covets. Try to find another Broadcast Card documented Black on Black 4-speed 1970 442 W30 to restore. This car would be a keystone car in any big-time muscle car collection. With a value of $110,000-$130,000 done, his opportunity leaves LOTS of room to be in this car right. You are more than welcome to come and inspect the car yourself, n fact I would encourage you do do so...or you can have someone inspect the car for you. Just give me a call to set something up.If you need any more information or have any questions, ive me a call any time. 608-790-5196
