I am selling this for a friend and I personally know the history of the car. It was purchased out of the estate of an elderly lady that bought it new. This explains some of the oddities such as air conditioning with crank windows. Not sure why but the car was ordered with the top-dog L-74 455 engine option, erformance Axle and Heavy Duty Cooling as if ordered to pull a traile but it never was used in that manner. Silver with blue cloth / vinyl interior and NO vinyl top makes for a nice looking cruiser. Has AM/FM radio, /S, DB, /C and remote d/s mirror. Has right side mirror but it is manual. Probably missing a few things but this is an honest description of the car to the best of my knowledge. Has 58k well-maintained miles. Engine starts right up with NO lifter noise or any other issues typical of older vehicles. Exhaust is sound and tires are good. You can drive this one home no matter where you live! Any questions or concerns will be addressed but PLEASE ask BEFORE bidding! The owner inherited a Cadillac and needs the garage space. Car has original owners manuals and documents including the "tank sticker" which is the assembly line broadcast sheet found above the gas tank and shows exactly what the car got as it went down the line in the way of options. Original jack appears to have never been used. Sorry...spare was missing when he bought the car. Aside from a few minor dents, scrapes and chips this is a VERY solid and honest survivor car with desireable qualities to make a cruiser or big hotrod. The 442 guys wouldn't mind getting thei r hands on a low-mile original L-74 455...but this car sports it well and has literally TONS of potential! Good luck bidding and thanks for looking.
