Available for sale is a 1993 Z-32 300ZX 5 Speed manual convertible with only 59k miles. I purchased this car last year, all original, low miles, but showed her age. Previous owner had used car washes, and had accumulated a few dings here and there. I realize the car is rare and deserved to look new again. Over the winter I started dissembling for restoration. While taking her apart I replaced all shocks with adjustable coil over models. Replaced all brake pads and rotors, checking all suspension and under car components, replacing anything needing attention. As the car was being painted I ordered all new emblems, decals, replaced all trim, door, windshield trunk, even the entire windshield cowl (very expensive). Upon re-assembly every fastener, nut, bolt was reconditioned or replaced. The interior is perfect no rips, stains, wear near new. The only part of the interior showing wear was the shift knob, that I also replaced with a new one. One of the last things I did was put a new set of 18" wheels and tires, of course keeping the original wheels with near new tires! It has an aftermarket Greddy polished stainless exhaust that's not loud, but a nice deep mellow tone. In all over the last year I have spent over $9k in reconditioning, paint alone was $5,500. After all work was completed I have put less than 200 miles on the car. The only thing I was thinking about maby next year replacement of the convertible top. It still is in good shape, no obvious damage but original. The rear plastic windows are somewhat foggy but still very transparent. This little Z drives as good as it looks, doesn't leak any fluids, ice cold air, every option works as it should, very fun! I have 10 cars, (7 collector) with 3 drivers in the household, I'm selling 3 to fund a new RV.
