1986 NISSAN 300ZX ( built 4/86 and delivered to West Knoxville Nissan ) w/ 5 SPEED & 36500 ORIG. MILES -AND YES,100% THE WAY IT WAS DELIVERED FROM FACTORY, ASIDE FROM TIRES AND SOME MISC. PARTS. NO RESTORATION, PAINT WORK OR MODIFICATIONS. VERY RARE STEEL BLUE METALLIC.

PAINT WAS SEALED AND RUST COATED WHEN NEW, SO THE ENGINE BAY IS SPOTLESS, IT IS THE COATING AND FACTORY COSMOLINE THAT SHOWS LIKE MUCK.

I HAVE THE ORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER, PRODUCTION STICKERS, ALL BOOKS, ALL KEYS AND ACCESSORIES SINCE NEW ( see pic ).

* THE 86 MODEL WAS HIGHLY UNIQUE DURING THE 84-89 Z31 PRODUCTION RUN. IT WAS THE ONLY YEAR, ASIDE FROM THE 84 50TH ANNIVERSARY, THAT HAD THE FLARED OUT FENDERS / QUARTERS, ROCKERS, 1 YEAR OF THESE RIMS, AND OF COURSE, THE COLOR. These cars are climbing in value and are no easy find after 33 years.

Theoriginal Steel Blue metallic paint shineslike the garaged car it is.The moldings, handles, window glass,lettering,t-toppanels, covers,rubber seals, and all other exterior featuresare insuperb condition with no dents or scratches I'm aware of. Thewheelsareshiny cleanandthe Coopertires are near new.Itdrives straight down the road with zero issues and never in harsh weather or left outside. Garaged 100%.

On the inside, the Blue leather interior still looks, feels and smells near new and sweet, all the way down to the floor mats.- no fade at all.As you can see in the pics, the seats, carpet orany other interior panelshave no wear.The door trim, t-top bags,headliner, t-top shields, rear hatch panels, inserts, dash (0 cracks ), center console, faceplates,etc. arestock orig.andall of the interior buttons / switches- power seat, windows,door locks,antenna, window defog, cruise,hatch release function as they should.Theorig. stereo/ speakers soundgreat and all thelights /gauges, and voice warning system function as they should.

Mechanically, it starts, idles, and drivesas you would expectof a preserved item. The engine compartmentisstock / unmodifiedand servicing is up to date -a/c,belts,coolant,fluids all changed/ maintained at the proper intervals,The stock V6 3000 engine performs flawlessly, the clutch is tight and it stops on a dime.The a/c is blistering and all of the other mechanical functionsareon point.Engine cool fan still works flawlessly.
