Low-cost Nissan Quest GXE Minivan

This 1994 Nissan Quest GXE Minivan with only 81k original miles!
We are selling this van for a parent that can no longer drive. It sat in the garage for the last few years so it needs some TLC to make it road ready again.For the right mechanically-inclined buyer, this could be a good low-cost van to get around town with plenty of seats and/or cargo space.
The van has had only one owner, a non-smoker who putjust81,463 miles on it (see picture). The engine runs and the vehicle drives, but please see items noted below that need to be addressed. There is no visible exterior rust (see pictures). Body shows normal oxidation/wear for its age with a few light scratches, etc. Interior is clean with some wear in the cargo (rear) section. This is the top-level GXE model with leather seats and other upgrades.
Known items:- Front left caliper is locking
- The right front axle needs to be replaced/boot is torn
- Rear brake lines are rusty (replace?)
