With a short production span from just 1989-1991, the Nissan Pao, a 3-door hatchback, and Figaro (1991 only), a 2+2 coupe, were Nissan's retro-styled cars to compete against the Citroën 2CV and Fiat 500. The Pao has the naturally aspirated version of the MA10, whereas the Figaro added a turbocharger to increase power from 51hp to 75hp.
