1989 Nissan Pao JDM - RHD Low KMs

I've decided to list what may be one of the lowest mileage Nissan Paos currently in the US.

This is a 1989automatic / sun roof Pao, in Olive Grey. This car has been extremely well maintained, and has only clocked 53,400 kilometers (33,170 miles) It spends half the year in the garage (thank you Wisconsin) and is looking to find a warmer place to live and spend more time outdoors. Title is free and clear from Wisconsin.
The major upgrade made to the car is the interior. The seats were recovered in diamond pleat leather (real leather) by ASM Auto Upholstery in Dallas TX (of Gas Monkey Garage fame), new matching carpeting and a new fabric sunroof, which opens and closes perfectly.
Front and rear struts replaced in 2018. Tires are newer Kumhos and have plenty of tread left. Car has AC, will need to be recharged. Brakes work fine, do not grab or pull. Car will start normally on first or 2nd try, depending on how long it's been sitting. Vacuum lines were replaced by previous owner before I bought several years ago. Cooling system works great, no leaks, does fine in traffic. Car comes with a spare radiator, one of the Chinese made ones found on eBay. You will most likely need to have an alignment done at some point. I would have it done, but haven't been able to find a mechanic in small town Wisconsin who feels comfortable doing it.
Accessories include the rear parcel cover in the luggage area, as well as the factory Panasonic AM/FM cassette radio - It's currently not installed from when interior was redone, but all the parts are there for you to reinstall. The previous owner opted for a mini receiver hidden in the glove box, that has a hard wired connector for Apple products.
