Our 'old max' just turned 30 years old. This manual transmission model with the SE trim package has been a very dependable car. All 5 of our children drove during their high school years...with no accidents! Car has not been smoked in. It currently does not run. I believe it to be the fuel pump, s the relay functions, ut the pump doesn't come on. This just happened, s the car started and ran the previous time I ran it earlier this year. Buyer would need to provide means to transport. It is a wellequipped model, ut many of the accessories no longer work. The radio is spotty, nd the tape deckhasn't worked in a while. The power antenna no longer functions. The fabric on the seats is still viable, ut obviously well worn. Power windows work, ut buttons are tricky to operate. Glove box door lock is broken. Best to ask question if you are worried about a particular item.I have been holding on to it to do a 'restore', ut no longer have the energy or desire to go down this path. Exterior condition is good for a 30 year old car. The paint system is still sound, s are most of the non-metal parts. The spoiler on the trunk has lost it's internal metal parts to corrosion. I bought the car in Houston in 1985, nd it has been located in Texas and Louisiana its entire life.
