1979 NISSAN DATSUN 280ZX

This auction is for a beautiful 1979Nissan Datsun 280zx with low miles 106k. 1979 was the first year of the 280zx andwas wildly popular, eing hailed as Motor Trend's Import Car of the Year for 1979 and going on to set a Z-car sales record of 86,007 units in its first year. This car is a fine example of that. I'm the 2nd owner and had it for over 5 years. I bought it from the original ownerwhich was an older lady. It has spent its whole life in Southern California and now in Las Vegas. The car runs great with no problems at all in the engine, ransmission, r differential. Themotor does not burn oil and the 3 speed Automatic transmission shifts smooth. Its a blast and comfortable to drive. The interior is also in near perfect condition. No cracks on the dashboard, he seats and headliner have been redone, he carpet is the original one and looking great. The body is also in wonderful condition, t has never been involved in an accident, t has nounderneath rust and no dents. The car does show some very light and minor paint surface rust, he paint, hich is a repaint has started to chip in certain small areas here and there, nd the clear coat has cracked mainly on the roof and some small areas on the body. Aside from the minorimperfections I have listed, he paint still looks great and those things are hardly noticeable when just looking at the car without close inspection. The only thing I can think that the car needs are tires, side from that this car is ready to be a daily driver or that perfect weekend Z coupe you always wanted to own and drive. The car wasalways serviced by the same mechanic from the first owner and me.
