It had a frame up restoration in 2006 and has been in storage until recently. I removed it from storage and changed all the fluids. It has a rebuilt 1500 engine with less than 1000 miles on it. It also has a Series III transmission with the slave cylinder for the clutch. The Series I transmission (1954) had a mechanical clutch. The radiator was re-cored at the time of the restoration with a larger core and cools perfectly. I have just recently installed a new Weber carburetor. Pertronix “Flame Thrower” electronic ignition system (the entire distributor and coil. not just the add-on module). K&N air filter & K&N breather. MG Midget 6-blade cooling fan. electric fuel pump. Holley fuel pressure regulator and gauge. spin-on oil filter. new "Sunpro" oil pressure and temp gauges. new trunk mat. new steering wheel sport grip. new ignition switch. new belts and hoses and new gas strut hood lifts. It has five new whitewall tires. chrome trim rings and the highly sought after "Nash" logo hubcaps including the spare hubcap. The brakes and shocks also have less than 1000 miles on them. It has a chrome luggage rack over the trunk area. The paint is a 10 footer. there are a few nicks and one scratch on the 9 year old paint job (see photos). The interior is about 7/10 (see photos). This vehicle was built in December of 1953 and was 537th built from a total of over 95. 00 cars through 1962. Cons: The radio lights up but does not work. The fuel gauge needs a sending unit. There are a couple of transmission drips. This is not a show car. SOLD AS-IS. The vehicle is listed locally. I reserve the right to end this auction early.
