1948 Nash 600 Super 4dr. trunk back sedan has been in the same family for almost 50 years. The car was purchased from the original owner in approximately 1970 in Central Ohio. The body is rust free, always garaged in dry storage and used as a collector car most of its life. Only the lower half of the two tone green paint was resprayed around 40 years ago. Chrome, interior and wood grain are all nice original. Tires and brakes are recent and the trunnions were replaced only last year. Exhaust and engine, which was rebuilt about 20 years ago, are super quiet. Car shows just over 36,000 original miles and Ohio title backs that up. It is powered by the Nash flat head 172.6 ci. / 82 horsepower six which is coupled to a 3-speed manual transmission that shifts excellent. Engine was rebuilt about 20 years ago with very few miles since. Idles silent .Original interior is amazing. Owner's manual, service manuals and original sales brochure are included with purchase as well as some documentation. Some parts and original items are still in the trunk. This is a rare car, and even more rare opportunity to buy one in such original, documented condition and provenance.

We do not charge doc fees. Ohio residents will have to pay sales tax based on your county. Out of state residents for the most part pay your sales tax in your state at the time you register the car. based on the rules of your state. You do not pay in both states.
