Here is your chance to own a piece of history. This example of an all original and rare, bright red Classic 1962 Austin 850 Mini MK1 manufactured in the UK will not be found anywhere else.
The MK1 (First production model) features the highly sought after sliding glass windows and the smaller rear screen (later models have the larger rear window). Also highly desirable are the external door hinges and forward facing door handles which are also unique features of this remarkable little car.
Recent Additions include brand new 10" tires, water pump, choke and throttle cables. The master cylinders require replacement and the carburetor needs a tune up before she is roadworthy. Electrical system is in good order (lights and gauges all working) and the motor is sound. The chassis rust is minimal for a car of this era. Pictures of the undercarriage are available upon request.
Selling with bill of sale only. Last registration was in 2001.
This great little car needs to find its way into caring hands. Will it be you?
More detailed images are available upon request.
