This is a 1966 MGB Roadster. With about 73,000 original miles. Original matching number engine. #18GB-U-H-32595. With records since 1979 . Was from Los Gatos California. With much work done by Jaguar Unlimited there. Brakes, shocks, suspension, exhaust, kingpins, clutch, water pump, batteries Records in detail since 1979 when the car had 49k miles. Looks like it has not been driven much since the 80s as the miles on the records were about 70k back then and are now less than 74k.The interior has been replaced. Includes tonneau cover. Original AM BMC radio that works nicely.Speaking of original, even the key and lock keys are original. It is that kind of car. New seat covers, door panels, carpet. new soft top.new tires, new batteries and much much more.Has a newer bolt in roll bar. The notebook kept is amazing in detail. It was being prepped for paint, but never done.So some lenses, trim, exterior Sebring chrome mirror, decals, emblems are in a box.Original color is Persian Blue .It runs and drives very very nicely with no issues. Valves were adjusted recently. All signals, lights, switches etc that I checked seemed to work. The windshield glass has some pretty good wiper rash that may or may not polish out. The lower windshield gasket is probably original and is dried out and should be replaced. This body is beauty. Rustfree as possible There is not even any rust bubbles on this car I can find. Other than the recent prepping and priming for paint, no previous bodywork. The floors and rails underneath are bone dry and straight as possible. The whole bottom side is clean, dry and sanitary as can be.. I have not seen a cleaner one in the 100s and 100s of Bs I have had over the years. All original body panels. The doors open and close nice as can be. This is one of those cars that deserves to be finished. It is tight. It is solid. And has been maintained to the highest level possible.Seems whatever was needed was done. With records and receipts to show that. This is one of those cars you can drive now as is and deal with the paint whenever you want to do that. But it is also one of the cars that looks like World War 2 because of the different shades of gray on it now.But once you really look at it, under it and over it, it is beauty.
