Car description |

Beautiful 1959 MGA Coupe.
You are looking at a car that was restored from the ground up around 2005. I purchased it 6 years ago from a broker who acquired it at an estate sale after it sat in storage for several years. Although everything was working I replaced all hoses, fluids, brakes, and got it completely tuned up and serviced. Since then I have driven it 1,500 miles and never had a single issue. The car can sit in the garage for months and will start up immediately.
I bought it for $25,000 6 years ago, and spent another $5,000 to get it back in perfect running condition after it came out of storage.
Everything works and all numbers match. The car was manufactured in February 1959 and comes with the original 1,500 cc engine and drum brakes. Everything was restored to original standards. The only non authentic feature is the 12 volt battery, as the car originally came with two 6 volt batteries.
