Solid 1957 MGA Roadster Project

If you're looking for a classic British project, and you like the look of MGA's - this really is a great candidate. All the work of acquiring replacement panels is done (more than $3K in these custom made panels alone), and the car itself is very solid. Only surface rust on the frames, and the body panels not being replaced are all very usable. Some require only repainting, others need minimal patching. The greatest amount of damage is a dented front end, and there are dents in the rear. Both areas have bondo - and these are areas where I've already purchased replacement panels. Both rockers (sills) are badly deteriorated, and I have new panels for those as well.
I've never started the engine, but it turns over smoothly ands easily and the transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The car rolls on its own drive train perfectly, though the tires are mostly shot. The only missing parts are the seats, and it will need a wiring harness. The windshield frame is fine, but the glass is cracked. Brand new interior door and trim panels of leather.
The car has been stored inside, untouched, for the past six years.
