1972 MGB, entire car for restoration

I purchased this 1972 MGB in 2001 with the hope of restoring it. The car was part of an estate of the original owner. Though it was last licensed in 1982, the car was primarily in covered storage since. Unfortunately I'm losing my storage space, so it must go.
I've done my best to depict the vehicle condition in photos. The car is dirty from store, but very solid for a complete reno. The car does NOT run. It has the 4sp transmission, wire wheels, and a hard top. The odometer is ~90K and I'm sure it's original. There is also an extra motor and overdrive transmission that would be included if the buyer wants it.
I live in a different city from where the car is stored, but have help to gather further info and photos if needed.
