The restoration of this 1971 MGB is about 85% complete and many of the parts needed to complete this top notch restoration are included with the car.
1971 MGB project car with most of the “heavy lifting” done. Car was being restored by an MG enthusiast and his wife when, regrettably, he passed away before the car was completed. This car has been rotisserie restored from top to bottom and end to end. It sports striking Kandy Coat UK07 Root Beer paint that looks great. The rebuilt engine was tested before and after installation and it runs great. The rest of the drive train has been installed along with the under hood wiring harness. The car now can be driven on and off of a transporter, as may be desired. Significantly, as the car was disassembled and new parts were obtained to replace those no longer serviceable. Each part was bagged, tagged and boxed, all being cataloged by box number. There are about a dozen boxes with these parts (see photos), a list of which is available in a PDF file via email for the asking, for use in completing the restoration. There are several duplicate parts that could be saved as spares or sold. Some of these listed parts were used recently during the drive train installation. Some other parts too large to fit into boxes, such as a new clear windshield, side door glass for each side, dash pad covers, restored seat frames and new foam rubber, convertible top frame, grill (three of them), etc. are included in the sale of this car. I have a clear Maryland title to this vehicle. When the restoration is completed this car will be worth five-figures without doubt. Inspections by prospective buyers or their representatives are welcome and encouraged. The buyer will be responsible for shipping, however I will be happy to assist with the logistics. Questions or request for a list of the numerous parts that come with the car? Just email me though eBay.
