NOTE: I purchased this MGB from the second owner who completed all of the electric modifications and brought it up to the current electrical standard of present day vehicles.

I have no idea why he wanted to sell it after all of the work he put in including: a complete electrical overhaul, New Paint, New Tires, New Carpets, Mats, Wipers, New Top, etc.

All I did was complete his 95% restoration, and added a stereo and speakers.

Both GOOD for me and GOOD for you...

CLEAR Pennsylvania Title

With only 47,650+ original miles on the odometer, this is one super nice cruiser.

I've owned/restored and sold four MGB's and this particular MGB is hands down one of the very best 50th Anniversary Editions available.(Note: I've been driving it daily to work and back so mileage has increased as of Nov 9, 2017 to 47,650 original miles.)

This MGB is a numbers matching, example of a highly collectable British roadster that drives like a dream.

· ENGINE: an 1798cc inline 4-cylinder engine with a brand NEW Accuspark Electronic Ignition, Distributor, Starter, Coil, Alternator, Spark Plugs, Battery and Wires with a new Electric Fuel Pump providing dependable starts and drivability.

· **** Unique to this engine is the fact that it has 2 SU Carburetors and custom air cleaner. (In 1975 MG moved to a single Carburetor, lowering the horsepower.) Not so here.

· TRANSMISSION: 4-speed manual transmission.

· BRAKES: (Power): Disc brakes upfront, Drum brakes in the rear.

· PAINT: The car has been re-painted using high quality material in Flamenco Red, a MGB factory color. All door jams, trunk, etc. have been taken care of) It is the color you'd hope for in an eye catching, fun driving sports car.

· INTERIOR: The interior is excellent condition thanks to the sorted black vinyl seats, dash, doors, seat belts, brand new carpets, new floor mats and a complete set of instruments that work as they should. A set of boxed speakers rear round out the interior.

· TOP: New manual convertible top.

· SOUND: I've just installed a new JVC Audio System (AM/FM/MP3/CD/Hands Free) and connected it to a pair of new speakers/boxes located on the ledge behind the front seats completing the interior.

· WHEELS/TIRES: Four radial tires wrap around recently painted original MGB aluminum/alloy wheels.

· EXHAUST: Custom headers, exhaust and twin chrome tips finish off the entire car.

Now's your chance to have a blast driving this oversized Go-Kart with the British cool factor!

There is NO Rust on either the body/frame and both are in excellent condition. (Factory undercoated).

*Full Size spare tire included.

Note: When I finished completely sorting out the car, I entered it in a local weekend car shows and won in the Foreign Car Class.

I consigned it over the summer (while I was away) to a to a Nationally known internet Classic Car sales company.

After signing the contract to my dismay the sales company decided my MGB was in excellent shape and they listed it for significantly more than what would be considered a standard consignment commission. (Over the summer they listed it on many of the Internet Cars sites for $12,995.)

At the end my 3 month contract (September 2017) I removed the car.

I'm now listing it on eBay where I've sold my other MGB's at a very reasonable price.

If you are considering bidding, be assured that this MGB is well worth what I'm asking and you will be happy, if you are the winning bidder. Or make me an offer.

Hagerty Valuation Tool suggests that a 1975 MGB IV for sale can be listed in one of three distinct categories.

Current Condition vs. Value:

Condition#1 Concours $20,100 (PERFECT)

I believe my 50th Anniversary Edition MGB IV fits easily into the Condition #2 Category. Valued @ $15,700

Being sold for much less.

Condition #2 Vehicles could win a local or regional show. They can be former #1 vehicle that have been driven or have aged. Seasoned observers will have to look closely for flaws, but will be able to find some not seen by the general public. The paint, chrome, glass and finishes will all appear as excellent. No excessive smoke will be seen on startup, no unusual noises will emanate from the engine. The vehicle will drive as a new vehicle of its era would. The one word description for #2 vehicles is "excellent."

Condition #3 $7,300

#3 Vehicles could possess some, but not all of the issues of a #4 vehicle, but they will be balanced by other factors such as a fresh paint job or a new, correct interior where applicable. #3 vehicles drive and run well, but might have some incorrect parts. These vehicles are not used for daily transportation but are ready for a long tour without excuses, and the casual passerby will not find any visual flaws. "Good" is the one word description of a #3 vehicle.

My intention is to describe my vehicle accurately. Please keep in mind most cars are not "perfect”. Vehicles may have minor imperfections that may not appear in the photos, such as small scratches, rock chips, dings etc. I advise if possible, that you see the vehicle in person before you purchase.
