LOW MILEAGE 1964 MGB MARK I ROADSTER FROM ARIZONA
THIS IS A 1964 MARK I MG B THAT HAS BEEN LOVINGLY RESTORED ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO AND HARDLY DRIVEN SINCE. IT RUNS, DRIVES AND HANDLES PERFECT AND IS A PLEASURE TO DRIVE ANY DISTANCE. THE INTERIOR IS GENUINE LEATHER AND ALL THE DRIVE TRAIN IS AS ORIGINAL AS IT CAME IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE PANELS ARE ALL ORIGINAL SINCE THE CAR PRIOR TO RESTORATION WAS A VERY CLEAN LOW MILE CAR. ALTHOUGH THE PAINT CODE IS FROM A LATER YEAR MGB, IT IS A VERY HIGH QUALITY PAINT JOB WHICH WAS DONE AFTER THE CAR WAS STRIPPED DOWN TO BARE METAL.
IT HAS BECOME VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A NICE CLEAN EARLY MG HERE IN ARIZONA. I BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM A VERY SENIOR GENTLEMAN WHO TAUGHT AUTOMOBILE RESTORATION AND REPAIRS IN A VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE. THIS CAR WAS RESTORED BY HIM ALONG WITH HIS STUDENTS AND HENCE NO EXPENSE WAS SPARED. I HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND HAVE KEPT IT IN MY CLIMATE CONTROL GARAGE. I DROVE IT LAST WINTER AND PUT ON 200-300 MILES ON IT BEFORE I PARKED IT IN MY GARAGE FOR THE HOT ARIZONA SUMMER. I REGULARLY START AND RUN IT AROUND MY LARGE PROPERTY AND AM CONFIDENT IT CAN BE DRIVEN ACROSS THE COUNTRY. I AM RELUCTANTLY OFFERING IT FOR SALE TO COLLECT SOME MONEY REQUIRED FOR AN OVERSEAS PLEASURE TRIP.
FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS AND ANY INFORMATION YOU MAY REQUIRE.
