1949 MG TC

For sale just in time for summer driving is a 1949 MG TC. This car came to us after sitting in a heated garage for 40 years. We pulled the tank and had it boiled and sealed and a new fuel sender was also installed. A new fuel pump was installedand lines were cleaned. The carbs were also cleaned and adjusted. The tires all hold air but should be replaced before any long trips due to age.The brakes received new soft lines and wheel cylinders as well as a master cylinder rebuild. All fluids were drained and fresh added. The results is a very good running TC. The paint has checking and cracking thru but still shines and adds a little character to its RHD British Charm. The car shifts perfectly thru all gears, and all gauges and lights work. I have some of the original tools also. The top is dirty and shows age but has no holes.... The body is in good shape and wood is solid with the exception of some light wear by the toe area on drivers side. The car has fiberglass running boards not fenders I have original metal running boards that are included with auction. In short here is a car you can drive all summer or restore its up to you...
