Car description

MGB 1968
I am the third owner and I purchased it locally from an older gentleman who owned since the early 70's. He took very good care of the car and we tuned it up together once or twice. Always stored inside and never driven in the rain I/]ve owned for about 5 years It has a current Pa Inspection and I replaced water pum, fuel pump and a few other things just to be on the safe side. The car is 100% original as far as I can tell. Everything works except the speedo which is jittery over 35 mph. This is not a show car but it is a very solid and respectable example of an early model MGBI hate to be cliche but it does lookperfect at 10 feet. I have rubber window seals and some spare parts that go with the car if you want to replace them There is a small stress crack near the door mirror on the drivers side (which I am told is typical) This car is rust free as far as I can see with the exception of some rust on the inside of the driver's side rocker panel . May be nothing, may need attention down the road if you want a show car and not a driver. Car has been painted in its original color and is in good to excellent shape Chrome is good to excellent all around, Suspension and steering are perfect. Engine and transmission are excellent. The car drives and handles exactly like early MGB's should Tight, responsive and balanced Convertible top is in good shape with no rips( snap is missing ) and it comes with a boot cover. The car is currently in winter storage so pictures are limited to pretty much what you see. Please know that I am trying to be as upfront and forthright as possible in describing the car and I welcome any and all questions about its condition . I love this car. Its a keeper and I am selling it reluctantly do to storage issues I only hope the new owner likes it as much as I did.
