Car description |
---|
This MGB is in nice condition with a good green paint finish. It comes with an extra set of 4 tires and spoke rims.
The vehicle was left in my barn and unclaimed so I legally secured title from the Maine State of Motor Vehicles. Ownership is clear to me in accordance with Title 29-A Section 1851-1859. The vehicle is not subject to Maine Title law as it is older than 1995 so no Title was issued. I have a Letter from the Maine DMV decreeing legal transfer to me a copy of which will be presented if you desire before you bid. The vehicle is located in a garage in New Britain, CT. The photos show the vehicle in a barn in Maine. It was previously owned by a private party and sold in 2014 to the individual that abandoned it.
The vehicle is sold "As Is, Where Is" with no warranty; Cash on Delivery. The buyer is to be responsible for transport from it present location at his expense unless special arrangements are agreed upon. Transfer will include a Bill of Sale, a copy of the Maine Letter of Ownership, and a copy of the newspaper publication showing the Public Notice required to complete the abandoned vehicle transfer process I made to obtain clear title.
