Approximately 5% of total production.As a result of the demand for a car with the MG TD's classic look, ut with better handling characteristics and more power, G built a limited number of TD/C's, he "C" standing for competition.An additional set of Andrex friction dampers were added to the shock absorbers of the car which was additionally equipped with twin fuel pumps, arger twin (13/4") carburetors, arger intake and exhaust valves, tronger valve springs, arger oil sump and other mechanical modifications.This car has the original radio which was installed in the glove box as a special option. Also, as an extremely rare,day-night rear view mirror flip up option.Optional heater unit installed.
