Factory Overdrive - Wire Wheels - Newer Top & Tires - Recently Serviced

All- I'm listing this car for a friend of mine and the description below is his not mine. The car is available to be seen and driven anytime during the auction. I have no financial interest in the car just selling her for a friend. The car is located at his house in Charlotte North Carolina 28209. Up for auction is my 1970 MGB with the one year only split rear bumper and the highly sought after factory overdrive transmission option. I have a file on the car going back to 1993 showing how well the car has been looked after. Mechanically:The car runsgreat.The car starts right up with no issues or smoke and holds very good oil pressure.The car was recently serviced which included atune up,carburetors tuned and balanced,oil change, ewair filters installed,transmission & rear end fluids serviced, adiator flushed, new coolant added and a new radiator cap installed.The car shifts up / down through all gears with no bidding or grinding of the gears.At this time I know of nothing the car needs other that to be driven and enjoyed. Overdrive Transmission:Yesthis car does havethe rare factory overdrive transmission optionand it works great in 2nd,3rd and 4th gears. Electrical's:This area is inexcellentcondition with the following items in working order.Headlights ( high & low beam) wor, ipers work, ront & rearturn signals work, ront & rear running lights work, ront and rear side marker lights work,brake lights work,backup lights work, icense plate lights work,dash gauge lights work, orn works, adio works,hazard switch works, igarette lighterworksand the blower fan works. Gauges:All gauges are correct and original "Smith" brand and are in proper working order. Interior:Nice presentable driver quality as shown inthe photos. Exterior: This is a nice driver quality exterior with very nice wire wheels that are wrapped in like new radial tires. The carsitsnicely on the ground with no signs of leaning orsagging. As seen all body panels, ood, runk, heel arches, og legsanddoors are straight. Soft Top:Is in like new condition. Covers: The car comes with a top cover, onneau cover ( cover the cockpit when the top is down ) and a car cover. Trunk: The trunk is solid and has a spare wire wheel with a new tire on it and has a jack and lug wrench.Reserve Price: There is no reserve on this auction with an opening bid of $7500. So she is going to sell this week to the highest bidder. Yes I'm open to offers but they need to be above the current bid price of the car.
