Car description

You're bidding on an exceptional 1980 MGB that appears to have been pampered a LOT.. lately. I picked up from someone in VA. Apparently the car was put inside storage by the original owner for about 15 - 20 years & then brought back out about and used. The title I have (from previous owner) has 10,000 miles on it. The car currently has almost 31,000 miles on it. I've put the last 1000 or so on it since I bought it. It has not been in rain, leet, ud or snow since I've owned it. It's clearly been my clear weather, ate afternoon "ride in the country" with the top down car.Only reason I'm selling this MGB is that I've found another toy to pamper and I don't have room for more toys... so my wife says it has to go. With (4) other cars... I think I'll keep the peace & let it go.Everything on the car looks great. The only thing I would do to it would be to get the drivers seat recovered. There are seat covers on both seats now.New TiresGood Shocks (very smooth ride)Carpet was replaced.Top is in new condition.Tonneau Cover (with support bar & bag) is in new conditionConvertible top cover is in new conditionNew MG Floor MatsAM/FM CD with USB connection for iPhone etc & remote controlTrunk is clean enough to eat out of.Under hood is the same way.Door jambs etc very clean.I just spent Aprox $1500.00 on making sure the engine is in great shape. (I have detailed receipt.)This little car just purrs like a sewing machine. AWESOME.It shifts like a dream and is incredibly reliable.I haven't seen any rust issues. If there was a problem, pparently the previous owner must have dealt with. If there is any rust...it's not critical by any means. The bottom is not coated with paint etc to hide anything so it's a solid little car. What you see is what you get.I'm including some parts that I got with the car. I also ordered some new gaskets etc. to replace some that were dry rotted. Includes paint stripes, indshield gaskets etc.As far as I know, verything on the car works. the shop that worked on it has worked on a lot of MGB's and says it's one of the nicest ones they've seen in over 30 years of working on them. I get out & drive it around Shelby county on weekends when it's not raining.. SERIOUS inquiries ONLY..You're welcome to come look at it prior to bidding etc.. I want you to be as happy with the car as I've been.
