Car description

This car is a very original 1968 Snowberry White roadster 4 speed with overdrive. The car has been off the road since the 1990's.

The interior is in nice condition. The dash is good, he seats are good and the even the door cards are good. You can use the interior "as is" for quite a while. Is the interior original? I have no idea. However, t is nice and serviceable for daily driving.

The car is Snowberry White and is, believe, he original color based on the engine compartment. However, do see traces of mineral blue on the trunk bulkhead; so, don't know for sure. The floor boards, ruck etc. are solid. There are rust bubbles on the passenger door and over the passenger wheel arch. The left front fender appears to be a replacement. The engine compartment fender wells are straight and undamaged and the slam panel is excellent. The car has never been hit from what I can tell. Speaker holes were, nfortunately, ut in the trunk bulkhead. The lighting make it look like there is a dent in the trunk/boot lid...there is not. That is paint damage that has been primered.

The car was taken off the road in the 1990's for head work. The head was redone (still wrapped in plastic as seen in the picture) and the engine was never reassembled. Everything needed to get the car back on the road EXCEPT the radiator is included...gasket set,HS6 carbs, an, tc. The engine cylinders have been kept well oiled and are not rusty.Get a radiator and I believe the car can be back on the road in a weekend.

Thetransmission is a 4 speed with overdrive. (The transmission in the trunk picture is an MGB unit and is NOT included). The original MGC transmission is still mounted in the car. The engine compartment is a thing of beauty. Not because it's it pretty but because it is all original with the original servos and the VERY RARE remotebrake reservoir and master cylinder. These are VERY hard to find. The observant will notice the carb cooling fan is still present.

There isn't much left to say. This is a very original car that hasn't been molested because it has been off the road for 20+ years. You can get the engine running and drive the car while you save your money for body work. There aren't that many early MGC's like this one left.
