This wagon is a perfect candidate for restoration or a real nice custom project. There is absolutely no rust in this car nor has there ever been. The previous owner stripped all the trim off the sides and sprayed it with epoxy primer because he didn't like the original pink color. I have all the trim as well as the hubcaps and it is all in good condition. He also put in a new windshield with new rubber but he failed to use any sealant so it does leak a little around the top. The car runs and drives good with the original drive train still in the car. I believe it is a 292 because it has a two barrel carb and the 56 I drove in 1960 was a 312 with a four barrel. I am currently using this car for a daily driver while I have a new transmission put in my pick-up. The opening bid is well below the value from "Old Cars Price Guide" and there is no reserve. Please ask questions and if you need a picture of something let me know and I will get it to you.
