Hello and thank you for checking out the '51 Merc!Up for auction is this beautiful 1951 Merc.Turn key get in and go head turner! Built to be driven, and yes, she definitely does just that! The '51 Merc is the ultimate conversation piece and turns heads everywhere its driven....gas station, or grocery store guaranteed a conversation will take place! Car show, set up your chair and get ready to talk about the Merc! This was a frame off restoration that was started in 2007 and completed in 2012. Garaged and adult driven a mere 2500 miles (approx) since completion of restoration. Loved and enjoyed, but now it's time to let it go to its next caretaker as our priorities have moved in a different direction. I ask that you look at the detailed pictures I have taken. Please ask any and all questions you may have prior to bidding. I have taken over 100 pictures of the car, if there is a specific picture you would like to see that is not in the listing (24 pictures max on ebay site) please ask and I will be more than happy to send you additonal photos. *Small Block Crate Chevy 350 (The Merc runs excellent and runs cool! Zero overheating issues)*Chevy automatic transmission 700R*Body and paint done by Image Auto Body (South San Francisco)Body color is a custom mix based off of a BMW color Indigo blue with darker hues.*Power steering*Power windows front, rear windows are tinted and fixed in place.*Power seats*Power disc brakes*Full leather interior front and rear.*Full custom dash and gauges.*All instruments function as they should*Dual exhaust*Air conditioning (needs to be recharged)*Sound system with 10 disc changer with amp and sub in trunk. *Power truck (needs new actuator)*Chrome tilt steering column and custom wheel*New shocks all the way around (less than 200 mi.)*New Goodyear wide whitewall tires (less than 1000 mi.)*Halogen headlights frenched as well as rear taillights with a Cadillac vibe.*Fresh wheel covers all the way around.
