1978 Mercury Cougar XR7. This is a California one-owner totally rust free absolutely original classic (except for the wheels and dual exhaust). The after-market wheels are by Foose, and the dual exhaust is very mellow sounding. All original paint, including original painted-on pin stripes; there is not even chips behind the wheels! The interior is completely original and in perfect condition. The color is still bright -- no worn beading or worn off color anywhere, ash tray or cigar lighter never used, carpet not worn anyplace, and still fluffy and bright colored. Everything works as it should. Not a tick, knock, smoke of any kind. Not a rattle or squeak anywhere. If you want a dependable, extra nice classic, this cougar is it!!!
