1972 MERCURY MONTEGO MX

This 72 Mercury is a time capsule. The car is all original with,the exception of the wheels which I do have along with the original hubcaps . The car runs and drives like new. Equipped with a 351 Windsor and backed by an automatic transmission.Also has power steering power brakes and air conditioning ( which I have not tested but all,the components are there and move freely ) Interior is in near mint condition however the carpet is just a little faded. The body has no rust or dents anywhere. there is some paint checking on the passenger front fender. But I believe all the other paint to be original. the only issue that I am aware of is the gas gauge does not work. I have always topped it off whenever I take it out so it's never been in issue for me. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country. Everyone has a Torino or a Cougar. Dare to be different.
