1993 Mercury Capri XR2 Turbo Convertible 127275 Miles. Runs good, would be a nice daily driver with a little work. The 1993 XR2 Turbo had low production numbers, these are somewhat rare, making it a good candidate for restoration. Soft top is in very good condition, no tears, rear window is clear with no cracks. The exhaust had just recently been replaced. Seals are worn on turbo, so it does burn some oil. Body is in good shape with some minor dents and dings and some rust on undercarriage. Paint is faded and clear coat is flaking off. My wife drove it as her car until the rear brake line started leaking, last year. When I looked at the brake lines I realized that the parking brakes were frozen and would not engage, the rear calipers are no longer on the car and will need to be replaced. Engine runs and all electrical components (cruise control, power windows, pop up headlights, dome lights, ect.) do work.
