1989 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS 69430 MILESNO RESERVE!!Up or auction is a nice 1989 Mercury Grand Marquis. My wife's great aunt boughtthe car new in 1989 and drove it sparingly. It was garage kept until until she passed in 2010. After that it sat at my in-laws for 3 years. We got it for my son when he turned 16 and he drove it to school for 2 years. When we got it we put new fuel line, new exhaust and had the transmission rebuilt. This past spring we had new front rotors and pads put on. Has a brand new PA state inspection. No one drives the car now and if you are a car guy you know that's bad for a car to just sit. I start it and occasionallywill drive it. It needs to go to a new home of someone who will drive it.The car runs and drives good. Its like driving your living room couch. Its big and floats down the road like big old cars from the 80's did. Has AM/FM cassette player that works. The car is equipped with air condition that is not working. As mentioned before it has a current PA state inspection. The black paint has spots were it has worn and the primer is showing but overall shines up nice. The vinyl top is in good shape. The car has been sitting outside and even though it was Zieberted when new it is starting to rust on the rear fenders (as shown in the photos). Has minor bumps and scrapes from being driven by an elderlywoman and then a 16 year old boy, but not too bad. Car has always been maintained and had oil changed regularly. This is a nice car for for a new driver, its giant and seats 6. The interior is in greatshape with no rips, tears or stains. The car is roomy and comfortable, Giant deep trunk. There is no reserve and will sell to the highest bidder. It is priced fairly based on the condition. Not a perfect car but a decent driver, Car is as is with no warranty. I do not ship and you will half to make your own arraignmentsfor picking up the car. 200 dollars down at the end of the auction via paypal is required and cash payment for the remainderdue when you pick up the car.Car is located 15 miles north of Pittsburgh close to PA turnpike and I-79. If you have questions or would like additional photos please let me know. Thanks for looking, happy bidding.
