You are bidding on my 1964 Comet daily driver street machine. Motor is a 289+FE Block #C3AE-6015N with very nice cam. Engine has all new seals. gaskets. New timing chain and new distributor. New Holley carb. New Aluminum Radiator. Runs super strong with a lot of power. Trans is a 3 speed with new clutch and Pressure plate. throwout bearing and pilot bearing. Hurst shifter. it will cotton the rear tires if you wanted to. One of the pictures kinda shows the tires just starting to smoke and that was about 1/4 throttle. I do have a policeman next door so I didn't want to jump on it to really show you what it can do so it does have a lot of power. I really don't do that but just wanted to show what it can do. Runs great. new brakes and new rear brake cylinders fronts were fine. All glass is great and interior is very good. the driver seat needs to be redone but its not that bad. Front bucket seats I believe out of a 50's T-Bird. All gauges work great. AM radio even works with a FM Realistic stereo under the dash. Battery is mounted in trunk. Has the original Fomoco chrome rims and are in great shape. Has cyclone rearend. I believe this car has been in the garage most of it's life. I think I'm the 3rd owner since it was new. Many other parts are new also. Really a true classic car that is 51 years old and it will last for a long time. The only very little rust is where the battery tray was in the front but not that bad. It is my everyday driver and the gas mileage really isn't that bad I'm guessing around 17 to 20 if your foot's not in it all the time. I get a lot of people saying what a bitch'n car. Please ask questions and only bid if you have the money. I really don't need to sell this car but it would help with my new project. I have a lot more money in the car then I'm asking for it. So no low balers and tire kickers please. The car is worth every penny. On Feb-20-15 at 14:06:26 PST. seller added the following information: For the guys back in New York. I've already installed the thermostat housing and the 180 deg. thermostat. I've added the picture also. Thanks for all the emails.
