1965 comet caliente

Very nice southern cal. Car. Only been out of cal for a year now.New base/clear paint, candy brandy over dark silver with alot of multicolor flake on top half and silver on bottom. Had some bubbling in rear wheel lips so it was cut out on each side and new metal welded in. Trunk,floors.frame rails etc. All orig. and great shape. Rebuilt 289 and 3 spd auto. Not sure if either are original to this car. New tires on old scbool am. racing wheels. Manual steering, but really not bad to drive. New weatherstrip, gas tank, door panels, dash pad, carpet, visors. Outer door handles and more. All trim on side and emblems removed and holes welded in and replaced with vinyl decals. Has orig backseat with later camaro buckets, driver side power. Shes a classic and not perfect but if you are looking for a comet, at least give tbis one a second look.
