1991 Mercury Capri XR2 Convertible 2-Door 1.6L

USED. paint and body work required. dent in the rear passenger corner. clearcoat needs redone. It Runs well. new struts front/rear. I have the original head. NA head installed now. Engine has a rod bearing bad. but does run very well. it knocks some. so needs to be addressed soon. Transmission works excellent. Mostly original stock parts. Turbo has been replaced and working good. 40k on it. Comes with a hard top. minor scuffs. and a soft top included. just needs some TLC to get it back up to a beautiful car. I was getting 27 mi/gal daily driving for 3 years. Radio is a custom install. Alpine japanese size. MD/CD unit. Alpine speakers all around. seats are in need of restoration/replacement. Drivers side window off track. The A/C has been removed. no parts remain from it. Needs a new battery. one included. Needs rear tires before a road trip. I need to get this sold to pay off my new car. wish i had the time to fix it up. it is the most fun car i ever owned.
