[isdntekvideo] 1973 MERCURY COUGAR XR7 CONVERTIBLE
Up for sale is this classic 1970’s ragtop cruiser powered by the famed 351C V8 backed by the FMX 3-Speed Automatic tranny. It is a very solid original car from California. There is minimal rust and the underside and the frame are in perfect condition. Accessories include Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Tilt Steering, Full Console, Power Convertible Top and more. The car is equipped with Factory A/C but it needs serviced. The odometer reads 58530 but we think the actual miles are 158K. The car runs well and is ready to drive and enjoy. We have tried to give a thorough presentation of this vehicle in our video and photos. Mechanically everything is good but the exhaust needs replaced. With a new paint job and bumpers this would be an excellent cruiser. A pair of re-chromed bumpers and guards are available for less than $900 from a bumper exchange facility. The door handles and many trim items are the same as Mustang counterparts. The vehicle is currently housed at our facility in Glassport PA 15045 which is adjacent to McKeesport in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Pickup can be arranged on a 24/7 basis by your shipper. The reserve is low and we intend to let the auction run to completion. Terms of sale is $200 deposit at the end of the auction with the balance to be paid by wire transfer. Please do not bid unless you are serious about purchasing this vehicle! A winning bid is a commitment to buy. E-mail any questions or call Joe at (724)502-0035. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
