Car description

Very rare hard to find 1968 Parklane Brougham which is the identical year, make and model (The Brougham 4 door hardtop model) of the car driven for the first few years by Steve Mcgarrett (Jack Lord) in the original Hawaii Five 0 television series. Vehicle is solid, rust free, beautiful original interior. Please understand that this car needs mechanical and paint restoration and is not road worthy as it is now however the cars clean straight condition will make It worth the effort. It starts, runs, drives, and stops well. I have a rebuilt 4 barrel carb on it. I have driven it around my yard and it steers and shifts nice. It sat for a few years under a carport with a car cover in North Carolina until my purchase in 2015 and now is currently in my garage. It will need the typical gas tank cleaned as I have it running off of a gas can. Has 390 4 bbl engine, automatic trans, cruise control (not sure if it works) power windows, ) work but rears are slow, rare power mini vent windows, power 6 way driver and passenger seats, (both work) tilt wheel, power rear antenna, (works well). It has factory am 8 track (8 track not working) the am fm stereo does not go with the car. The car shows 56,000 miles which from the condition of the car I believe it to be actual however I have no documentation to prove it. It has an engine miss and clicking in one cylinder which I believe to be a lifter. The car can be made all black and restored to look like the Hawaii Five 0 car or to the original green color that it currently has. No reserve auction. Hate to sell it but Reason for selling is going to purchase a different vehicle and need the garage space. Feel free to ask any questions. 248-515-7066
