For sale today is a classic 1st year 1967 Mercury Cougar. Original body panels throughout. Car had been beefed up for performance and now has the (highly desirable) 351 Windsor engine with Aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold and Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor.
Additional she's equipped with dual exhaust and traction bars. Has some nice BF Goodrich performance 15 inch wheels, with 225 in the front and 275 in the back. Car had been off the road for a few years but fired right back to life.
Seats have seat covers. Original ones are in good shape and match the back seat. Paint looks decent but has several scratches on the car. Equipped with racing gauges in addition to its original gauges. The 351 Windsor was installed a few years back and felt strong while running and driving. Miles show 14K (which is probably 114k) on the car, with less than 20K on the engine. Solid trunk drops, cowl, frame rails throughout, door edges, hood edges, trunk edges. Looks like some work was done to a floor pan and a torque box but otherwise it appears original and unmolested.
Offering this Cougar car at a reserve WELL BELOW NADA VALUE for this car. See below for value. Doesnt even include the value for adding the desirable 351 Windsor engine in the final value price. If you look at our feedback youll see we have had much success selling high end cars to satisfied customers so bid with confidence.
