Car description |
---|
I have owned the car for about 11 years. It is in excellent shape with everything working as it should and no known issues. Any time anything was an issue it got fixed. My mechanic is a diesel owner that was the regional resource for Mercedes that went to dealerships to fix issues when the dealer mechanics could not find the problem. He knows what he is doing and the car is in excellent health. It looks, runs and drives great.
The evaporator was replaced recently and when that happened, anything under the dash and under the hood that was remotely related was replaced. All of the vacuum elements under the dash, electrical sensors, compressor, evaporator, condensor, all heater hoses, radiator, etc. The only item that was actually needing to be replaced was the evaporator, but I didn't want to have to take the dash apart again and since all the coolant was already out of the car, everything else was also done. I still have all the old parts as spares (except the evaporator). Nothing is wrong with them.
A brand new set of Michelins was recently installed on the car because they had gotten flat spotted from sitting. The car just sits too often and I don't use it.
It is a get in, turn the key and drive anywhere car. Please ask any questions. The car is available for inspection anywhere the buyer chooses at the buyers cost.
