Car description |
---|
Selling this well kept, 1986 Mercedes Benz 560SL. Finished in red on black and is an original paint car. It has one scratch on the right front fender(see photo and video), The interior is in good condition with the exception of the dash, has a few cracks(see video). Nothing a dash cap wouldn't solve. It has a dash cover on there now. The wood is in good condition, the vacuum locks work great. The doors close like a vault. The R107's have been collectible for quite some time now. This one has 87,428 miles on a working odometer. The elderly owner cherished it and his widow just drove it to the store and back after he passed away. It has been garage kept for it's entire life. The a/c blows cool and not cold. May need a recharge. The windows all roll up and down. The soft top is black and the plastic windows are dirty but not ripped. The soft top headliner has some fraying at the bar(see photo). The 560SL starts and drives nice. No timing chain rattle or any strange noise. It rides on chromed factory alloys. Tires and brakes in good condition too.
