Offered for sale, from KURT TANNER MOTORCARS, is this very attractive 560 SL in a lovely color scheme with factory chrome wheels. This car was just purchased from the state of Arizona from an elderly couple who weren't using it enough and decided to part with it. The car runs and drives very well with no issues, with a working A/C system. It has been fitted with quality Michelin tires.The bodywork and paint on this car present very nicely. Panel fit is nice and normal. There are a few touch-ups made here and there, but seem consistent with normal use/garage storage. The car's hardtop is in good condition overall, but has a cracked rear glass in the RH corner and a few scratches.The car's interior is in very good original condition with a nice dashboard, lovely original leather seats, nice panel kit and carpets. The soft top has been replaced and is definitely newer, but has suffered from some varmin damage while being stowed. It could be patch repaired with good results.Mechanically, the car is very good. The car's engine starts easily on the key with nice idle, has good power, and the transmission shifts well through all the gears. The car's air conditioning and vent operation works very well. It could use a new bonnet insulation pad.Overall, a nice original, no-stories 560 SL Convertible in a superb, luxurious color scheme. The car has a few easy cosmetic needs, but it presents honestly with a clean carfax, working speedometer, good mechanicals.
