1972 Mercedes-Benz 250 Copy of Title/No Original Title-unregistered for 2 years

1972 Mercedes-Benz 250 Series Sedan, car runs well but has a vacuum issue. It also needs work on the exhaust which is loose and makes some noise. The vacuum issue means that the car will not go into 5th gear and the rear door will not always close. We have years and years of maintenance records. We purchased the car for $5500 in 2018.
