1992 Mercedes-Benz 500E with later hood/grille.

This vehicle was a driver, however I never drove it, and it has sat for many years. I had it parked in front of my house and my neighbor keyed its driver's side, and thereafter I kind of lost interest in it.
Car has been parked for four years in an outdoor storage lot in the San Fernando Valley as pictured. Unfortunately, I forgot to register it and DMV will require $850 or so of back fees if registering in California. Title is clean.
Headgasket has failed from sitting. Car should be towed and is not driveable for this reason.
Other known issues:driveshaft balancer was on its way out, and passenger rear window regulator has failed
